He makes outrageous claims, from the Russian point of view.

Concerning financing and perpetuation of the Uke Army's hybrid war.

On the civilian population of Donbass in Eastern Ukraine.

Clearly, all Ukraine has to do is follow the Minsk Agreement that they signed,

and failed to live up to for even one second.
