Replacing brake pads in Campy NR holders

I've picked up a set of new Campy NR brake pads, but the holders have lips on all four sides. It seems that one way to allow the pads to be replaced would be to grind off one lip at the end, making it a 3-sided holder. But that's irrevocable.

Is there a better way to allow swapping pads on this type of holder?
