EastEnders fans sickened as Stuart Highway calls Ben Mitchell a nonce for being gay in homophobic attack

EASTENDERS fans have been left sickened tonight after Stuart Highway called Ben Mitchell a nonce in a homophobic attack.

The Square villain followed Ben into the Queen Vic’s toilets and grabbed him by the neck before warning him to leave his brother Halfway alone.

Callum aka Halfway is dating Whitney Dean but viewers have seen him getting close to Ben, with many lingering looks.

And tonight Stuart stepped in in a bid to stop a romance in its tracks but he hurled disgusting abuse at Ben – leaving fans shocked.

One person said: “There aren’t many characters I truly hate but Stewart Highway is one of them. Get his homophobic character off the square x”

Another raged: “Ah of course, as if anyone needs another reason to hate Stuart, now he’s homophobic”
