[RSC] IU Kokomo's Greg Cooper named RSC Athletic Director of the Year 2018-19

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Indiana University of Kokomo Director of Athletics Greg Cooper has been named the 2018-19 River States Conference Athletic Director of the Year. The award comes after a vote from his peers in the conference.
