Game Day Blog: Campbell Looks To Close Home Career In Style

11:00 AM – It’s a packed house at Baum-Walker Stadium and as the video below shows, fans were lined up hours before the gates opened for the Hog Pen. Should be an entertaining atmosphere as first pitch approaches.

Starting Pitchers:

Arkansas will start Isaiah Campbell and his 11-1 season record and 2.27 ERA. Campbell was a second round pick in this week’s MLB Draft, No. 76 overall by the Mariners.

Ole Miss will start Will Ethridge who has a 2.91 ERA but just a 7-6 win/loss record.

Arkansas fans might have gotten used to 11 a.m. starts during football season but the announcement of today’s super regional game vs Ole Miss starting so early didn’t sit well with fans on social media. That didn’t stop them from showing up any way.
