Some Spurs fans react to Dutch star leaving the club

Tottenham Hotspur may have some surprise signings and shock sales this summer transfer window, but Michel Vorm does not fall into this bracket.

The Dutch shot-stopper’s contract ran out yesterday, as many fans knew, so his exit was to be expected by most Tottenham supporters, and confirmed by Spurs.

While the keeper has never really been first choice at Spurs, with Lloris occupying the number 1 shirt, Vorm has now even fallen behind Paulo Gazzaniga.

However, Vorm has five years of top-class service under his belt at Spurs, and more often than not stood up when called upon, whether it be in the cups or during Lloris injuries.
