DONE DEAL: Ferland Mendy 'honoured' to join Real Madrid
Real Madrid have completed the signing of Lyon fullback Ferland Mendy.
Mendy moves to Spain for 48m plus 5m in bonuses. The Frenchman will sign a deal that runs until 2025.
Mendy posted to social media on Wednesday: "I am very proud and honoured to sign for the biggest club in the world and to join a great coach who will help me progress.
"I'd like to thank Lyon and the club's president, staff, fans and teammates from these past two years, I wish you all the best.
"I can't forget my family either, or all the coaches and everyone who helped me on this journey."
