Luka Jovic on Real Madrid move: I'm the happiest guy in the world
Almost 5,000 fans welcomed Luka Jovic to Real Madrid on Wednesday.
The 21-year-old striker arrives from Eintracht Frankfurt and was presented to supporters at the Santiago Bernabeu.
"He's one of the best [forwards] in the world and I hope to learn a lot from him," Jovic said about Karim Benzema.
"I think we're compatible, but Zidane will decide."
It has been the Serbian's dream to sign for Los Blancos and he is delighted that it has finally become a reality.
"I'm the happiest guy in the world and I'm very happy to be at the biggest club in the world," noted Jovic.
"It's a pleasure to sign for this club and I'll give my all."
Rather than make predictions about his tally of goals next season, Jovic simply wants to show the Madrid fans what he can do.
"I won't say an exact number of goals," he responded when asked about his targets for 2019/20.
"I'll try to do my best and show what I can do.
"I have come to a club where I can learn a lot and I'll try to improve."
