ASOS mocked for VERY revealing £9 buckle-up bikini which ‘looks like you put your bra on back to front’

THIS summer season, we simply can’t escape the buckle-up bikini.

Love it or loathe it, this divisive swimwear trend has been popping up all over the Love Island villa and our social media feeds – but ASOS may have just brought out the most daring design we’ve seen yet.

That’s right, the fashion e-tailer is now selling a bikini top so tiny that it’s held together with just a single buckle in the middle.

And let’s just say, it’s a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen.

Combining the extreme underboob trend with baffling buckles, this Oxblood bikini top is currently on sale for just £9 on ASOS for those daring enough to try it for themselves.

As for us, the risk of the buckle popping open as we dive headfirst into the pool on our hols are simply far too great… in other words, this is the very definition of “poolside posing only”.

But we’re not the only ones who are too scared to try this trend for ourselves.

Unsurprisingly, the bonkers design caught the attention of fashion parody Instagram account Asbos_Sos who captioned the image: “When you get dressed [and you’re] still drunk.”

Similarly, another shopper joked: “When you’re half asleep and you put your bra on back to front.”

Let’s face it, we’ve ALL been there.

But while most users were quick to poke fun at the buckle-up bikini, one practical shopper pointed out that it is in fact extremely “breast-feeding friendly”.

However, we can’t help but agree with the shopper who suspects it will be “coming to the [Love Island] villa very soon”… eyes peeled people!
