EastEnders star Tilly Keeper terrified of working with a baby after Louise Mitchell pregnancy bombshell

EASTENDERS star Tilly Keeper has admitted she is terrified of dealing with a real life baby when Louise Mitchell gives birth.

Teenager Louise – who Tilly has played for three years in the BBC soap – discovered she was pregnant last month with boyfriend Kean Taylor’s baby.

But after initially considering a termination, Louise changed her mind and decided to keep the baby.

And now actress Tilly has revealed that she’s thrilled about Louise’s pregnancy storyline but terrified about dealing with the real-life babies she will have to act with once the time comes.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Tilly said: “It’s been a really lovely storyline to get my teeth into and I think it’s really going to help develop the character which is something I’m really excited about.

“I really wanted Louise to mature and claim responsibility for her actions.

“I think a pregnancy storyline is the best way for that to happen. The girl’s got to have a wake up call sometime that the world doesn’t revolve around her and bringing another little human into the world is going to do the trick.”

But despite being excited for the storyline, when asked how she felt about having a small child actor around her for all her scenes in the future, she laughed.

“I won’t say, I won’t say,” she joked but her panic-stricken face said it all.

She then joked Louise would find out that Sharon is also carrying Keanu’s baby at the worst possible time.

Tilly laughed: “They’ll both be wheeled in [to the maternity ward] together holding hands.”

But it will all change when Phil discovers the truth and all hell breaks loose, but Tilly doesn’t even want to consider that drama yet.

She added: “I don’t want to think about the repercussions of this reveal. As long as me and the baby are OK that’s all that matters.”
