[Women's Golf] Women's Golf has two Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes

Kansas Wesleyan Women's Golf had two Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes for the 2019 season.

 

MacKenzie Fabrizius (SR/Spring Hill, Kan.) and Torie Cox (SR/Fredonia, Kan.) were both named as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

 

Fabrizius is a senior majoring in Elementary Education.

 

Cox is a senior majoring in Elementary Education.

 

Across the country, there were 156 women's golf student-athletes have been named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Dordt (Iowa), Tennessee Wesleyan, and William Penn (Iowa) lead the pack with five individuals each.

 

In order to be named as a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete, student-athletes must have at least a 3.5 GPA as defined by the institution, be of junior academic status and have attended the current institution for at least one full academic year as a transfer or two full academic years as a non-transfer.
