Report: Levy set to hand Pochettino a ‘modest’ transfer budget

Tottenham Hotspur came within 90 minutes of being crowned as champions of Europe last season when they lost 2-0 to Liverpool in the Champions League final in Madrid.
Mauricio Pochettino has previously called for the club to change the way they operate if they wish to try and compete and challenge for trophies (Sky Sports) after failing to sign any new players in the last two transfer windows.
The Evening Standard report that the Spurs boss is set to be handed a ‘modest’ transfer budget compared to the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and the other free-spending sides in the top six of the Premier League.
