The state government’s district-wise leadership scorecard shows Gurugram performed worst in terms of dispensing public welfare services in the state. Out of Haryana’s 22 districts, Gurugram scored the least — 6.1 out of 10 — in the Antodaya Saral scorecard that ranks a district’s performance in delivery of over 400 development and welfare services and schemes.
