East is back on track, says ScotRail Subscription

Times Online - Train cancellations in the east are at their lowest level in a year thanks to a driver and conductor training programme, ScotRail has said.

There had been complaints of cancellations and overcrowding on services in Fife and the Scottish Borders, and Nicola Sturgeon had called the performance unacceptable.
