Letter: Kudos for publishing differing viewpoints
Kudos for publishing
differing viewpoints
Publishing other points of view is good.
Be still my heart. I nearly had a heart attack. It was a trifecta of other opinions on the editorial page on June 20. Wow — congrats to the Mercury News for publishing Bruce Roberts’ letter entitled “Can’t the media write one good thing about Trump?” Congrats for publishing the letter by Joseph Gumina entitled “Foreign governments can’t offer ‘dirt’ if there’s none.” And thanks for the parent’s perspective by Endia Cleveland entitled “Sanders, progressives have lost their way on charters,” in which she points out the real reason for charter schools — it’s the kids.
Here’s hoping that the Mercury News continues to allow differing views to be expressed.
