Health care software maker Phreesia files for IPO
Health care software maker Phreesia said Monday it has filed for an initial public offering. The number of shares to be offered and price range have yet to be determined, but the company is planning to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "PHR." JPMorgan, Wells Fargo and William Blair are lead managers on the deal with Allen & Co. LLC and Piper Jaffray acting as passive book-runners. Proceeds of the deal will be used to pay a cash dividend on convertible preferred stock, to pay down debt and for general corporate purposes.
