Lawyer: At Texas migrant detention center, 'basic hygiene just doesn't exist'

Immigrants held in a McAllen, Texas-area U.S. Customs and Border Patrol processing center for migrants -- the largest such center in America -- are living in overcrowded spaces and sometimes are forced to sleep outside.
