Tehran, June 24, IRNA – The Islamic Republic of Iran is based on a comprehensive political and civil system pursuing Islamic rationalism while being the biggest democracy in West Asia, Secretary of the High Council for Human Rights of the Iranian Judiciary Mohammad Javad Larijani said.
