Russia warns of repeat of Cuban missile crisis

Washington's deployment of land-based missile systems near Russia's borders could lead to a standoff comparable to the Cuban missile crisis, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov was quoted as saying Monday.
