Nat West Business banking switch (no replies)

Anyone on here have a business account with Nat west and done the business banking switch to another bank and got paid the £1000 for doing so.

Just asking as would like to know how smooth the transaction was before I decide to move any of my business accounts. I get a decent service from NW so just trying to figure out if it is worth it for a grand on each account moved.

Any input from anyone who has done it would be a help.
