Auburn University proposes interim president

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Jay Gogue may return to Auburn University as interim president after Steven Leath's resignation.

The executive committee of the board of trustees voted Sunday to recommend that the former university president temporarily lead the school during a full search for a replacement.
