NBA superfan's house has incredible 'Space Jam 2' practice court for LeBron James
Back in 1995, Michael Jordan spent a summer filming Space Jam, but he kept his hoops skills sharp after returning to the NBA earlier that year by playing in what was called the “Jordan Dome.”
It was a court that housed some epic pick-up games while Jordan was shooting the flick that co-starred Looney Tunes characters. It seems like there are still legendary stories coming out of that summer from that court.
This summer, with the sequel starring and produced by LeBron James being filmed, the Los Angeles Lakers forward now has his version of the Jordan Dome … and it’s gorgeous.
NBA superfan Jimmy Goldstein — known for his eclectic attire while sitting courtside at games — has the Space Jam 2 court and the views are jaw-dropping:
James has already been there:
Seriously, though: Can we have a 24/7 camera set up there? There’s a little footage from the Jordan Dome that’s grainy, but imagine what we’d get to see with some HD footage from those pickup games. Amazing trash talk! Actors getting dunked on! Players making friendships so they can play with each other when they’re free agents!
Someone at least make a documentary!
