Governor Zulum finally opens up on root causes of Boko Haram in Borno

The governor of Borno, Babagana Zullum, has listed unemployment, endemic poverty, high illiteracy, poor socio-economic infrastructure and climate change as some of the root causes of Boko Haram insurgency in the state.
