‘Sex killer who murdered woman during threesome’ slashes his throat during murder trial

A suspected sex killer accused of killing a woman after offering her a three-way with his girlfriend slashed his own throat in court.

Aubrey Trail, 52, screamed ‘Bailey is innocent and I curse you all,’ before cutting at his neck with an unidentified object at the courtroom in Wilber, Nebraska, Monday.

His outburst was a reference to his girlfriend Bailey Boswell, who is also on trial for the first-degree murder of Sydney Loofe, 24, in November 2017.

After cutting himself, Trail collapsed to the floor from the wheelchair he was sitting in, according to the Omaha World-Herald.

He appeared to be unconscious, and was rushed to hospital on a stretcher. An update on his condition has not yet been given.

Trail and Bailey both deny killing Loofe, and say she died during an orgy gone wrong, which saw her choked while having sex with the couple.

The victim vanished after going on what she thought was a regular Tinder date on November 15 2017.

After she was killed, Loofe’s body was hacked into 14 separate pieces and scattered across Saline County in Nebraska.

Police assigned the grim task of recovering the victim’s body knew it was Loofe because of a distinctive ‘Everything will be wonderful someday’ tattoo on her dismembered arm.

Medical examiners later discovered Loofe’s tongue and lungs had been cut out.

She is believed to have been strangled.

Trail and Boswell both deny murdering Loofe.

The trial began last Tuesday, and is set to resume later on Monday afternoon.
