Love Island viewers slam ALL the boys as they accuse Maura of ‘double standards’ after row with Tom

LOVE Island viewers slammed ALL the boys tonight after they accused Maura of “double standards” following her row with Tom.

The 28-year-old model was left enraged when Tom made a lewd comment about her at the end of last night’s show.

Tonight, the fall out from his comments continued as she accused him of “treating her like garbage”.

As Tom made his way back downstairs with his tail between his legs, he filled the other boys in on what had happened.

The lads immediately jumped to his defence and accused the Irish beauty of “double standards” after she had made cheeky comments about what could happen in the Hideaway earlier in the evening.

Michael Griffiths said: “So she can play up, and run her mouth like that but he can’t have any banter? That’s a load of bulls***.”

Tom added: “At the end of the day it’s a double standard isn’t it? She can’t give it all that and then not be able to take a bit of banter like that.”

But viewers were furious with the boys – particularly Curtis Pritchard and Michael Griffiths – and took to Twitter to slam them.

One wrote: “All the boys are acting like d***heads even everyone’s beloved Micheal and Curtis #loveisland.”

Another added: “Oh Michael… so disappointed in you. It’s not a double standard at all. Whether or not someone is comfortable in their sexuality, you cannot disrespect them… not the way Tom did to Maura.”

A third agreed, writing: “Why are the boys jumping straight on this lie that he didn’t say it??? He said it twice right in front of her GOD IM SO ANGRY #LoveIsland.”

Meanwhile a fourth shared: “Some of the lads are showing their true colours tonight #LoveIsland.”
