Oregon Republicans Go Into Hiding to Avoid Climate-change Vote

GOP lawmakers in Oregon have fled the state in order to deny a quorum and stall a vote on a controversial climate-change bill that will cost Oregonians — especially rural Oregonians — a whole lot of money.
