Bajpai and Sehrawat had joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ahead of the Lok Sabha polls after which AAP MLA and party spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj had filed two petitions before the Assembly secretariat seeking disqualification of the two legislators.
