Trump Claims He Saved Obamacare, Despite His Multiple Attempts to Kill It

In a preparation for his 2020 campaign message, President Trump is claiming that he “made Obamacare better” when he could have killed it, which totally contradicts his many efforts to kill the program legislatively and undermine it administratively.
