Love Island fans brand Danny an ‘evil genius’ as he ‘splits’ Michael and Amber as ‘revenge’ for losing Arabella
LOVE Island fans have called Danny Williams an “evil genius” for trying to “split up” Michael Griffiths and Amber Gill as “revenge” for them kicking his love interest Arabella Chi off the show.
Arabella was dumped with Tom Walker last week – just a day after coupling up with Danny who chose her over Amber’s best mate Yewande.
Fans thought Danny was getting revenge for his love interest Arabella getting dumped from the island after Amber and Michael led the charge to get her voted her out.
They flocked to social media to say he was getting his own back by trying to sway Michael, 28, into “cracking on” with new girl Joanna, 23, while Amber was away at Casa Amor.
Fans were shocked as Michael snogged her in a kissing game trailer for the show.
Viewers called out Danny when he urged Michael to question Amber’s maturity saying: “Happy wife, happy life. But you ain’t know one’s husband yet, bro.”
He added if a new girl came in that ticked all the boxes Amber had, and that he didn’t have to bite his tongue around a new person – he should “pursue it.”
Fans took to social media with memes about Danny – with one calling it “Karma.”
Another wrote: “The lad has been through the mire over these last few weeks.
“From feeling rejected by Yewande, to being pursued by a supermodel, to having to make a huge decision and then ultimately losing his romantic interest within days. The lad has really been on a journey. ”

They added: “And his haters laughed out loud when they conspired to take Arabella away from him, with many believing that he was down and out. But then what does he do? He only goes and helps splits up THE TOP COUPLE IN THE VILLA and thus, gets revenge on the viewers who poured scorn on him and took away his joy. BRILLIANT!!!..”
Earlier in the show Danny was heard complaining about Arabella leaving.
He said: “I’m still gutted about last night.”
He added: “It was literally last night we lost Arabella – she’s been dumped from the island so I’m still taking that in. This has happened and thrown a spanner in the works and now my head is a bit all over.”
Meanwhile Michael spoke of his doubt over his relationship with Amber.
He said: “I’m in a place where if I go I go.
“If she comes back with a guy, then it is what it is really. Fair play.”
