Fulcrum QR Adapters

0
I recently picked up a set of Fulcrum Racing 5 LG DB (2017) from Merlin for my Charge Plug and am now in the process of getting them ready to install. It's been an incredibly frustrating process. Before buying, I looked through all the materials on the Fulcrum website, and the documentation noted that the hubs were QR compatible. What I didn't realize, partly due to my own inexperience, was that this meant they would need QR adapters to fit the dropouts on my Charge. Those adapters were not included with the wheels, and Merlin confirmed that they don't carry them. After a thorough scouring of the Fulcrum website (and others) I ended up having to contact QBP and Fulcrum to find out exactly what I needed. They each confirmed I would need the following parts:

1. RM11-TAQR
2. RM16-TA12135
3. KITFCRAQR

I needed some professional advice, so I took my wheels to an LBS that I trust, and they have helped me source 1 & 3 from that list from QBP. But number 2 has been harder to come by as QBP carries a product labeled KITFCRA12135, but can't confirm it's the same as the product code I was given.

So, a couple questions.

First, does anyone have any experience with these adapters? They are apparently Fulcrum-made parts, but there is virtually no information on their website about them.
Second, if you have experience with these adapters, how are they? Have they been reliable/safe?

This is the first time I'm getting more involved in upgrading my bike, and I foolishly thought this would be a rather straightforward process. I'm operating on a steep learning curve, and I now certainly know better. But any help/advice would be appreciated!
