3rd defendant guilty of death during Colorado pot robbery
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP) - A third defendant has been convicted in the shooting death of a Colorado man during a marijuana robbery.
The Daily Sentinel reports that 38-year-old Matthew Mitchell was found guilty Thursday in connection with the October 2016 killing of 51-year-old Paul Davis in his Palisade home.
