Kansas man pleads no contest in police shooting incident

MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - A 38-year-old man accused of trying to kill a Manhattan police officer has pleaded no contest to attempted voluntary manslaughter.

The Manhattan Mercury reports Mark Harrison of Manhattan entered the plea Thursday.
