Johnson condemned by Amber Rudd over ‘unworkable’ plot to scrap Cabinet roles

TORY leadership frontrunner Boris Johnson has downplayed claims he is planning to scrap Cabinet and various Government departments in order to save money after criticism from political opponents including Remainer Amber Rudd, who branded the idea “unworkable”.
