Free Swimming program to honor former student who attended Green Tech
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10)–Fuquan Ford drowned last summer while he was attending Vermont College. His former principle, Dr. Paul Brown spoke to NEWS10 about him today at the announcement for the free swim program for minority youth.
