Delli Ali and Ruby Mae spark speculation they’re back together as they look close at family wedding four months after split
FOOTBALLER Dele Alli and ex-girlfriend Ruby Mae have prompted speculation that they’ve rekindled their former relationship as they’re spotted together at a family wedding.
The Tottenham Hotspur and England midfielder watched his sister Molly Hickford exchange vows with partner Craig Fitzsimmons, shortly after returning from a pre-season break in Los Angeles.
The 23-year-old looked dapper as he danced closely with model Ruby, apparently joining in to a raucous singalong to Andy Williams hit Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.
Dele, who was raised by the Hickford family in nearby Milton Keynes, also posed for a series of portraits with the bride, her parents and older brother Harry at the lavish rural venue.
Their appearance at the wedding comes just weeks after the footballer reportedly flew the brunette to Madrid for the UEFA Champions League final in a bid to win her back.
The couple started dating in early 2016 but called time on their relationship in February 2019 – with both remaining in contact with each other.
It was rumoured Dele was dating Love Island beauty Megan Barton Hanson – who had also just come out of a relationship with reality TV star Wes Nelson.
However Dele flew Ruby out to Madrid to support him as he prepares for the Champions League final against Liverpool.
A source told The Sun: “He’s chartered a private jet to fly her out with his friends and family and has said she’s his lucky charm.
“Off the pitch, he’s been trying to win Ruby back and is keen to start up their relationship. For now though, the match is his main focus and what he’s totally focused on winning.”

After splitting in February, Ruby left the luxury £2.2 million Hertfordshire mansion they shared to return to her family home 100 miles away in Wigston, Leicestershire.
Her father David Barnacle told the MailOnline: “They’ve split up, it’s sad but quite amicable and she’s back home with us for the forseeable future.”
Ruby, who supported the footballer throughout the 2018 World Cup in Russia, has modelled for top fashion houses including Chanel, Hidden Fashion and The Couture Club and posed for Dolce & Gabbana and Rare London.
