Russian top brass heads to North Korea for bilateral military talks days after Trump trip

RUSSIA’s deputy defence minister Alexander Fomin is heading to North Korea for a “working visit” aimed at further cooperation between the two countries - just days after US President Donald Trump’s latest meeting with Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un.
