Wimbledon 2019: Meet the TWAGs like Kim Murray, Nicole Scherzinger and Ester Satorova who will be cheering from the stands at SW19
CENTRE COURT will play host to brilliant tennis over the next couple of weeks as Andy Murray, Serena Williams and Co battle for trophies.
In the Wimbledon stands, the globe’s top players will be cheered on by thousands of fans – as well as some of the most beautiful women in the world.
Kim Murray will be right behind Andy as he makes what could be his final appearance at SW19.
Pop stars and former tennis players will also fill the grounds to watch their husbands and partners in action.
Kim Murray (Andy Murray)
Wimbledon’s favourite Wag, Kim first met Andy Murray in 2005 when she was just 17, at the US Open.
Kim’s father Nigel Sears introduced the pair to each other, as he was at the time head of the Women’s Tennis Association.
They were revealed to be a couple when Murray kissed Kim after he won his first tournament in 2006, though they briefly split up that year before they reconciled.
They have been inseparable ever since.
Kim studied at Sussex University after achieving A-grades in music, drama and art for her A-levels.
Kim went to the same school as TV presenter Holly Willoughby, Burgess Hill in Sussex, although was a few years younger.
The couple, who married at Dunblane Cathedral on 11 April 2015, live in Surrey with their two daughters and two dogs.
Nicole Scherzinger (Grigor Dimitrov)
The former Pussycat Doll, 41, started dating the 27-year-old Bulgarian in late 2015.
Dimitrov had a playboy reputation early in his career and has also dated fellow tennis stars Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
The pair were said to have split in 2017, with rumours that the tennis ace and X-Factor judge Nicole did not speak for months.
But now back on track, Dimitrov said earlier this year he is ready to settle down and have kids.
Ester Satorova (Tomas Berdych)
Gorgeous Czech model Satorova has appeared on magazine covers around the world.
The 27-year-old has appeared on the front of Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan.
Berdych, now 33, first met Satorova when she was just 19.
They were engaged in 2014 and married less than a year later in Monaco.
Camille Ringoir (Milos Raonic)
Canadian star Raonic was previously dating swimwear model Danielle Knudson.
Just months after splitting from the blonde beauty he started to date another model – Belgium-born Camille.
She has modelled since the age of 13 and has graced the covers of Elle and Marie Claire in recent years.
Camille made the news of her and Raonic’s relationship official by posting an image of them together at the swanky Met Gala.
Kristina Milkovic (Marin Cilic)
Kristina has brains and beauty.
Not only does she speak Croatian, English, Italian and Spanish fluently, she graduated from the University of Zagreb with TWO Masters degrees.
Those two achievements, in political science and psychology, landed her a job at Zagrebacka Banka, Croatia’s largest bank.
Cilic and Kristina were married in early 2018.
Jelena Djokovic (Novak Djokovic)
The teenage sweethearts first met in high school.
They got together in 2005, when they were 18, and have been dating ever since.
The happy couple were engaged in September 2013 and married the following July, since having two children.
Away from the court, Jelena is in charge of the Novak Djokovic Foundation, which aims to help children in Serbia realise their dreams by improving the country’s education system.
Xisca Perello (Rafa Nadal)
Xisca and Rafa have been together for years and known each other even longer.
The couple first got together in 2005, although there is no wedding on the horizon.
Xisca is private and does not have much of a public persona – she rarely attends matches to give Nadal “his space”.
She joked that the pair might not even be together if she followed him to every match and tournament.
There are rumours they were engaged in January but nothing has been confirmed, while there are no set dates for the big day.
Xisca, 31, is an insurance worker and also serves as project director for the Rafa Nadal Foundation.
