As he prepared to desecrate Independence Day, Donald Trump promised the show of a lifetime. It was, instead, a pale imitation of the marshal displays mustered by the world's dictators combined with a poorly-delivered speech that was riddled with basic errors. Rather than the show of a lifetime we got more proof that the man isn't up to the job.
