THE Love Island girls suffered an embarrassing geography fail as they asked if Barcelona was in ROME and could not locate Scotland.
Fans were stunned as Joanna Chimonides, 22, and Jourdan Riane, 24, revealed they had no knowledge of basic European cities and countries.
Belle admitted she didn’t know Edinburgh was in Scotland – despite hooking up with Scotsman Anton.
The blonde, 21, was shocked after realising the capital of Scotland was in fact in Edinburgh, and told the girls her and Anton had cleared that up now.
She told the girls: “I don’t know why I thought his mum would speak like me, I didn’t think she would have a Scottish accent.”
Joanna replied: ‘Has she?’ ‘Well yeah, obviously’, Belle replied.
Make-up artist Belle said: “Yeah, did you just not think that mums spoke like us?”
It came as Jourdan confidently told the girls Barcelona was not in Rome – it’s in Italy.
Belle replied: “Oh I thought it was Spanish.”
She left Jourdan and Joanne looking confused with her comment.

The conversation came after Belle had asked Anton if Scotland was in England.
The gym owner looked less than impressed and called his pals over including Michael who looked stunned.
Belle also warned Anton if her dog did not like him he would be out.
Anton said it would be the same for his mum.
