Report: Spurs win planning appeal for building surrounding new stadium
Tottenham Hotspur only managed to play a handful of games in their new stadium last season due to building delays, but they will be looking forward to their first full campaign in the ground.
Inside Housing now report that Spurs have won a planning appeal after a long dispute with Haringey Council, with the club planning to build 330 new homes near the stadium.
These homes will be built on the Good Yards site, and 35% of them will be affordable, a figure that could rise to 40% if the club receive a grant from the Mayor of London.
The build would also include retail space, office space, and a new public space in front of the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
