Murder suspect mistaken released from jail caught in Georgia

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - A man being held on murder charges who was mistakenly released from jail in Florida has been captured in Georgia.

Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright said in a news release that 28-year-old Eric Vail was arrested Wednesday evening in Jessup, Georgia.
