TEHRAN (FNA)- Head of Iran's Red Crescent Society (IRCS) Ali Asqar Peivandi said that 20 countries have donated a total of €3 million to help victims of the massive floods of March and April, but the US sanctions does not allow the aid to be transferred into the country.
