Erik Lamela reveals he has offered to help his team-mate improve

Juan Foyth has experienced a remarkable rise since his £8 million move to Tottenham Hotspur from Estudiantes in August 2017 (BBC).

The 21-year-old made his senior international debut for Argentina back in November in a 2-0 friendly win against Mexico and was named as man of the match.

Foyth featured 12 times in the Premier League for Tottenham last season after patiently having to wait for his opportunity to play with the central defender looking impressive when he played at right-back towards the end of the season.

He was named in Argentina’s Copa America squad, with Spurs team-mates Erik Lamela and Paulo Gazzaniga both missing out on a place.
