Youngsville gets hit with early morning flooding

Parts of Acadiana flooded early Sunday morning as “Barry” continued to impact Acadiana.

The Highland Ridge subdivision in Youngsville was one of a few that experienced floodwaters. KLFY News was there as the waters were rising and rescue crews were preparing to evacuate residents. But shortly thereafter, the floodwaters did recede.
