Officials say Harriet Tubman $20 bill design could never have been ready for 2020, report says

Contradicting earlier reports that Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin had delayed the introduction of a $20 bill featuring Harriet Tubman, current and former officials said the bill was never going to be ready for a 2020 introduction.
