Winnipeg Police Service Vehicle Smashes Into Van

A Winnipeg Police Service cruiser was involved in a substantial collision which resulted in heavy damage to both the cruiser and the van involved. The van ended up on it's side.

Details are thin at this point as Winnipeg Police have not released a statement as of yet.

A witness on the scene says that the police cruiser came racing down the street and smashed into the van. The witness then says that people were then arrested.

A separate person at the scene says that the cruiser came racing down the street and collided with the van, but claims no one was arrested.

A third person says "Cops were chasing guy on bicycle. One cop hit a van and rolled over, other cop ran over bike. Four people in van. Lots of witnessses. Aberdeen and Salter".

Nothing has been confirmed by police as of yet. 4 people were taken to hospital in stable condition, as confirmed by Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service.
