Massachusetts National Guard defying President Trump’s Transgender ban

I have seen this today on Stars & Stripes and MassLive where the Massachusetts National Guard under Governor Baker says his state will allow Transgender people into the Massachusetts National Guard. What Governor Baker of Mass is doing is defying President Trump and the Dept of Defense and in the end it's gona backfire on Massachusetts and Governor Baker, royally.
