Wyoming justices uphold kidnapping, molestation conviction

CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Supreme Court has upheld a former carnival worker's conviction for sexually assaulting a child.

The justices say in an opinion released Monday that Joshua Winters' attorney wasn't ineffective and that a lower court didn't make certain errors.
