Home-builder earnings may surprise to teh upside despite the aging cycle

There may still be some earnings upside for home builder stocks in the second quarter, even though the housing cycle is growing long in the tooth, thanks to the tailwind of lower mortgage rates and exceptionally strong demand for housing.
