Man caught taking up-skirt photos at Nordstrom Rack

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was seen taking photos up a woman’s skirt at the Nordstrom Rack on SW Cascade Avenue in Beaverton on Saturday, July 21.

Beaverton Police said a witness saw the man acting suspicious and then confronted the man before he left the store around 1 p.m.

The suspect is a Hispanic man in his mid-20s to early 30s, about 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds with a stocky build and brown or black hair with a side part. He was wearing light-colored shorts, a navy or grey T-shirt and black slide sandals and black glasses.
